3. Technical Requirements

To properly use the WINK Reset PRO software, the customer must ensure prior to purchase that they meet the following system requirements:

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to download the free version of the software before purchase to verify that it communicates properly with their specific printer model.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

Due to the nature of the product (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium), an exception to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies under EU consumer protection law.

By completing the purchase and consenting to the immediate execution of the contract, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they lose their 14-day right of withdrawal once the delivery of the digital content has commenced.

Notwithstanding the above, the Seller is obligated to provide digital content free of defects (compliant with the contract). Refunds or replacements with a new key are processed through our complaint procedure if it is proven that the provided key was technically defective or invalid prior to any usage attempt by the buyer.

5. Liability and Hardware Maintenance

WINK Reset PRO is a specialized service utility tool. The software is designed solely to reset the digital counter (Waste Ink Counter) on the printer’s mainboard back to 0%.

The software does not physically clean or replace the waste ink pads (absorbers) inside the device. To prevent ink overflow, leakage, and permanent hardware damage, the user is required to independently handle the physical maintenance, cleaning, or replacement of the ink pads in accordance with proper servicing standards.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any hardware failures or physical damage (e.g., ink spills, electronic damage) resulting directly from the user’s failure to perform physical hardware maintenance after resetting the digital counter.

6. Dispute Resolution and Final Provisions

Any matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Poland, in particular the Civil Code and relevant European Union consumer protection regulations.

Consumers residing in the European Union have access to out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms. In accordance with EU regulations, the Seller informs about the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which serves as an out-of-court dispute resolution tool for online sales.

The Seller reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For orders placed prior to any update, the terms in effect at the exact time of purchase shall apply.
