Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I need to physically clean or replace the waste ink pad?
WINK Reset PRO resets the digital counter (software lock), allowing you to immediately resume printing. However, the physical pads inside your printer still contain absorbed ink. After 1-2 counter resets, we highly recommend checking, cleaning, or replacing the physical sponges to prevent ink from leaking onto your desk.
Is resetting the waste ink pad counter safe for my printer?
Yes, the procedure is safe. The program only modifies the waste ink absorber counter register without interfering with the printhead firmware or the network settings of the device.
What if the free trial reset to 85% does not work?
If the reset to 85% does not resolve the error, it indicates that the problem may be mechanical (e.g., sensor malfunction or physical overflow of the waste ink tank). In this case, a full key is not needed, and the printer may require mechanical service.
How will I receive the key after purchase?
The key is sent automatically to the provided email address immediately after successful payment (24/7 availability).
